Can anybody help with a problem I have with A Clarion NX501. Everything is functioning fine except every time the ignition of the car is turned off it reverts back to the setup screen and I have to walk through the 'set language, voice, etc etc. It also doesn't save any history. I am assuming that this data is saved somewhere in a file on the SD Card and accessed during the boot up sequence. Is this right? If so, which file? If anyone has an NX501 SD Card and can send me a list of the file structure I can see if anything is missing. Thanks in advance

hi can anyone please help i have a clarion nx501er every thing works except the sat nav i downloaded the toolbox but when i sign in i get an error message,

error detected! server parameter error. authentication encryption malfunction.

its recognised my device in the top left corner but when i click on device it says validating device content please wait but its been going for hours now any help would really be appreciated thanks.
