how to put image onto nand flash

ok guys im getting a binatone g430 with boot up problems ie just the logo showing
im gonna rebrand and unlock it it like i did with my binatone x430,now what i want to know is how do
i go about on making the unit boot up from the nand flash instead of memory card,will i have to create an
image and use cmd prompt to istall it any pointers please

The unit will look for \ResidentFlash\MobileNavigator\MobileNavigator.exe unless it finds a SHELL.ini on a SD card pointing to a valid application. So put your app on the internal memory and rename the folder\file.exe accordingly.

However not booting can be a damaged registry which will need a reflash to fix.

thanks fatboy could i not put the shell.ini file into the windows regisstry and not use
a memory card

No it's strictly \ResidentFlash\MobileNavigator\MobileNavigator.exe unless it finds SHELL.ini on a storage card, you can use a mortscript to point to something else if you prefer.
