DUH!
Happened few times already, that I was getting (Using Primo 2.0) some hardware problem- RAM Error..
Today it nearly taken me around the world (VIA Barking) whilst anything I did it was insistent to take such root (Dorking to Addlestone needed route)
Any ideas what happened? is it fix'able or should I go back to Primo 1.1?

PS I'll put a note on a PRIMO 2.0 Variant on other thread, that it is being worked upon.
Thanks!

Some say that primo adds unnecessary turns to a route whereas iGO 8 doesn't, you can check what type of route is planned, like fast, short, etc, and check if you haven't inadvertently blocked a trunk road or motorway, or it may be a map anomaly...

Thanks FatBoyFun!
I did already, did change route fast, short, green etc- same... alternative route- same
The route, after all the resettings and iGo revival was something like Dorking and snake out to Barking, then direct (Rocket trajectory path to Addlestone) and it was directing me , recalculating to go to Barking all the way, until I got to Addlestone(by general knowledge), then I was trying again... same!- and even more, in a sense, that it was Addlestone A using route on a road to Bakring and fly back to Addlestone B
Map abnormality?- could be?
I may need to go back to Primo 1.1 or I'll play with iGO 8.0 (with NQ 2012 Q2 maps), will report back!
Also considering back to Sygic transfer...

The problem is (most of the time) not map related, as you will notice using the same map but a different iGO/Primo program. I have noticed it with Primo2 and Navteq combination, while iGO8.3.5 + Navteq doesn't send me on detour. Neither does Becker Primo + Navteq.
Primo1.2 (or is it 1.1?) is said not to have the issue.

I would NOT try to go back to iGO8.0 if I were you. (typo I assume)
Latest 8.0 is dated August 2009 and uses R1 maps. Better pick iGO 8.3 ;)

Also, "an idea" ?
Is there a way to use 4GB card and have it some how partitioned in to two 2GB? would any/either work and what tool anyone would think off for doing that?
I mean Windows don't do SD card partitioning, but something like that was about? ( hazy now) ?

It won't work because the hardware is different.

BTW you can partition SD cards exactly like HDD's, You'll probably have to do it on a Linux machine using G-Parted.

Yes!
I am aware and love G-Parted, will be trying to use EaseUS Partition manager to see if I can do so, without stopping DL's.
As for having different Partitions and Sygic (as original on one) and iGo Primo 1.1... missing the idea as how would/could I tell Looket in a boot to read or other?... perhaps you are saying as why it will not work?
.......................
Tried and failed with EasyUS Partition manager.

At hand, I got spare 4GB card anyway, so I'll have to re'boot, see if I can reduce the size in FAT32 to 2GB with G-Parted and will it work for device recognition

yup- Nope!
Device didn't recognize 4gb card to have partitioned in to 2gb and left unpartitioned space, let alone 2 partitions... (even G-Parted couldn't create such)

An SD only device won't recognize an SDHC card however you format or partition it, the card has a different controller chip in it.

Yup!
Learned that!

Now... it might get some eye brows raised!

I know that iGO 1.1 works, but issue is Speedcam database simply doesn't, so keep on trying...;

I Know that Primo 2.0 works excellent, but was giving uber weird route (tested again);

Now, I know you guys didn't like me trying "iGO i3" version, that I had from Katdotph- I kinda liked, because of a small size+ BlueTooth (Icon only as particular device don't have receiver, but most of the files deep inside indicated igo9.dll etc)...wanted to try- worked great!... only to throw SAME daft route!

I'll stick back good old Primo1.1 for now!
wander what else(versions/variants) I should play about?

If that was my build then speedcams did work, it may be a memory issue if you have all of Europe installed.
