Still cant view or find the original "Config.sys" file.
"Windows Mobile Device Centre" always says error because it cant find a driver for this device.
Medion website doesn't appear to have one.
Windows update doesn't find one. (OS:Win7 64bit)
Using Windows Explorer (with show hidden files ticked) doesn't find "Config.sys"
So I'm kind of stuck at the first hurdle.

Don't worry about that file, just copy the My Flash Disk files over and reboot, as long as you can access the devices file system it's ok

Done that, then I get "installation files not found in sd/mmc card".
It's reading the card "2gb" ok, the files are all on there, so it must be the path to the program on the card I have to change, right?

It seems to be looking for the installation files, thinking that nothing is installed.

When exploring it's file system is there a "My Flash Disk" directory in the root of the device? and if a SD card is present, is there a "Storage Card" directory as well?

On my 210T it complains if \My Flash Disk\Navigation\MNAVDCE.exe doesn't exist, that's why there is a dummy file in my archive.

If this file exists then it executes \My Flash Disk\Menu.exe, which should be the default menu, but can be anything.

I have three directories on the device.

WindowsCE->
->1:\ (30mb)
->2:My Flash Disk
->3:Storage Card (2gb)

My Flash Disk contains the following files/folders:
Navigation (folder, contains mnavdce)
BG Graphic
Card App
Card Graphic
Menu App
Menu MSCR File
MortScript App
SetSystem MemoryDivisionKB App
Splash Config
Splash Graphic
SysInfoSettings Config

Update: Managed to locate Config.sys file, after unchecking in Win7. folder options/Hide protected operating files.
Did as you suggested, got the calibration screen and everything.
Got as far as the device looking for \Storage Card\MobileNavigator\MobileNavigator.exe
But still getting "installation files not found".

If you put the iGO files i uploaded onto the SD card, does it start?

Ignore the missing installation file error for now.

IGO 8.3 and Primo only need CE4.2, that is: in my CE4.2 device, both Primo and 8.3.5 work flawlessly.
