Copy everything from the old card to the new one, then drop all the new iGO files into the old folder making sure the new executable has exactly the same name as the old one, overwrite where necessary.

Maybe try a reset, On these devices you have to disconnect it from the power completely for a few seconds...

Could this be a reason why it wasn't working in the first not being powered up for a long time?. Apparently the person I brought it off hadn't used it in a while but sed the sat nav was working when she had it in her car. Also would u no if there is a way of resetting the internal memory? Also. Do I need the extra GPS antenna? Plugged in?

1, If it was disconnected properly and stored in a dry place then i doubt it, however it's possible it was disconnected from the car incorrectly causing corruption.

2, By putting in an original Navsure card.

3, I would have thought so, yes.

Everything loaded properly. But just comes up with cant find navigation system. Which I'm now thinking its now part of the headunit itself.
