Finally.... i found the solution as followings...

1. You should turn off the default keyboard built-in. (Which is CH "pinyin" feature)
2. You don't have to delete anything in TW directory.
3. You just need to replace them with all the files except,
- MapAniPOI.psu,
- R51_prp.kuf and
- R51_SSC.hdr
from MFM Papago MFM-PPG-111004C map.

4. After that, change the extension for MapAniPOI.psu to MapAniPOI.psz and copy that file to the SD card (you can do the change in your computer 1st or later in ur phone).
5. Finally, rename papago.dbp to PAPAGO.DBP and standard.mb6 to Standard.mb6, replace the original files with these 2 files into SD card.

Here you are, done !!!
