Pro Nav or Igo Truck Help needed

Bought one of those GPS devices of ebay running Igo 8 and windows 6 CE, and at the same time bought a pro-nav sd card, as I want to use it for work, I'm a coach driver.. Igo 8 isn't truck routing equipped and having installed Pro-Nav I can't get that to work either.. as it dosn't seem to be locking onto a sat even tho the test function indicates that it does... just keeps saying "waiting for fix"

Can anyone give me an idiots guide on how to solve either of these problems please? I'd really appreciate it.. Alternatively does anyone know of someone in the UK who can fix it?

My advise is to wait for a fix as the device/program is clearly "waiting for fix"
A first fix can take a long time. 20 minutes to 2 hours !!

And iGO does exist in a truckers build, also there is Primo, which has all truckers features.
