Did some googling and found a gps device with that name.

Original software is 8.0.0.38649 dated 29/05/2008!
In the original setup, the program name is igolaunch.exe. Data.zip contains 480*272 and 320*240
The original sys.txt is
8.0 Maps cannot be found anymore, so a 8.3 low power program might be the best to upgrade to.
