Hi, i have been given a binatone a350 which was problematic to start with - it is running slow and the touch screen is not very responsive.I thought that it may just be a binatone software problem so installed tomtom on it, unfortunately the problem still exists, i turn it on and the binatone boot screen appears, then tomtom starts to load but then tomtom turns back off and the binatone resorts to the original binatone menu screen -of which is pretty unresponsive, has anyone any ideas how to sort it? a reset doesnt seem to do anything.

Do you know anything of it's history?

A-series binatone's aren't exactly the quickest devices there are, I would run total commander and look around the device/registry for signs of fiddling.
