You should state that it is an outdated CE version running in an emulator.
The outdated map you included only blows up the size of the download and is of no use for anyone.
The included folders for the emulator are in russian and won't work on most systems unless the names and ini files are modified.
I suggest you update your posting and re-upload without the outdated map and corrected folder names.
Also a proper tutorial on how to use the emu and how to start the TT software if that is not automated.
A thread titel reflecting that it is only an emulator would be good too.

1.Rename the downloaded file as TPC.rar, extract. Or use Universal Extractor.
2.Run START.cmd
When you click, wait a a moment. The program will run itself.
The maps in this pack are old, everyone can update the maps as needed
