On closer examination of the screenshots, It appears you are missing the license folder...

Download the attached file and extract the License folder to the MobileNavigator folder, Delete the save folder and try again...

4099

You may find the License folder is inside another License folder, The path should be...

\MobileNavigator\License\Becker_BDC10_Application_1_2011-06-20_BDC10.lyc + others
Currently sleeping...

thank you.

I have looked within the MobileNavigator folder - then the content folder - and all the folders within content folder, but I cannot find a License folder?

Should I just download the attached file and extract the License folder to the MobileNavigator folder?

I have attached a zipped screenshot if you want to have a close look?

Yes download the attachment and copy the license folder to the MobileNavigator folder, be aware there may be a license folder within a license folder.

I have extracted the license folder. I have provided a screenshot for you to look at?

Before extracting the attached license folder. I went through all the folders within mobilenavigator (I attached a zipped screenshot) and was unable to find any folder called license.

???
In your screenshot, I see THREE "License" folders, including one nested inside of another one.
I'm starting to worry about other files/folders perhaps not copied correctly, or not in the correct places, or missing.

On your computer, do a Right Click>Properties on your "Mobile Navigator" Folder.
It should show 13 folders and 199 files.....assuming nothing more was added or taken away such as voices, maps, etc.
This is the original file/folder count of the original download.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Yes I noticed that there were 3 license files, after I posted. I have now rectified that and included a screenshot. I have also included a screenshot of the MobileNavigator properties.

After the deletion of the save folder and the inclusion of the license folder. The original software is still loading but this time without the warning message.

according to what you have said there are 3 folders and 14 files missing. I have not removed any folders or files. I just moved the Primo 2 folder (from the original downloaded iGo2-Primo_2 folder) onto the card and renamed it to MobileNavigator.

I have attached a zip file of the original folder I downloaded.

It could be that what you are missing or somehow failed to copy is irrelevant.
But here is what should have been in the original download:
<Main Primo2 Folder>
CONTENT (folder with 9 subfolders and 167 files)
LICENSE (folder with 20 files)
vocon (folder with 1 subfolder and 2 files)
branding.zip
DATA.ZIP
NNGHAL.DLL
Primo2.exe
Read Me SYS.txt.txt
sys.txt
VAUTOV5.DLL
vocon3200_asr.dll
vocon3200_base.dll
vocon3200_platform.dll

If Primo does not start under any circumstances, then something is wrong or missing.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

For some reason folder/files have been lost, Possibly during extraction or file operations i don't know...

Start over...

Download this here
Extract the Primo2 folder to your PC
Change the folder Primo2 to MobileNavigator and the file Primo2.exe to MobileNavigator.exe
Delete everything on the SD card EXCEPT SHELL.ini and then copy the new MobileNavigator folder to it

Place card into device and switch device off and on, start the navigation in the normal way...
Currently sleeping...

Thank you. At last!! The software is loading/working. The original folder/files must have been corrupted in some way? Should I now proceed to install the UK/ Republic of Ireland and Italian maps?

That's great news, yes go ahead and copy the maps in...

Start with the files ending in .FBL
These go in the map folder which is in the content folder, don't copy everything in in one go, otherwise you may break something and have to start again, gradually build up for best results...
