I pulled my NX501 card to do an update, left it on the desk for a few minutes, and my dog ate it!... Seriously!... he chewed it to pieces!

Now I need HELP!

I bought a new MicroSD card, but it does me no good without the original files.

Does anyone have these original files, and will it work with my unit? I read that these cards are linked to each NX501 unit and that I may have to go back to Clarion for help.

Can anyone help with this problem?

I don't think you can just copy the files to any other retail micro SD card, unless that card has been 'blessed' in some manner for the NX501 by naviextras. I've tried copying the files from one good card to another, and the system will not read it. So unless you have an original functional micro SD, you're out of luck.

Does anyone have this files, I removed the micro SD card from the system and now the Navigation does not load.

I have put the card in the PC, unfortunately the PC is unable to see any files at all...
