Noname chinese double din

Hi to all,I'm new here 
Need help,have one noname chinece double din 8inch for VW group cars and use WinCe op.system.Everything is working perfect only I want to install newest firmware because I want newest background skin. I don't have expereance with this and need help for do this. Where I can find full firware file to make update and how can I make back up for any case if something go wrong? Inside information is:
HMI: KGL010.1.1 14.09.11.10.01
MCU: GLD01.140212(54)
Motherboard is: KGL-808MAIN-V06.2
2014-08-20
Also I try to inport some JPG picture 800x480 for change background but can't inport,only read and show picture but can't set like wallpaper.
Any idea will helpfull for me.
