HI all,
I have a Fujitsu Navi installed as OEM in a 2014 Subaru Forester, the sistem is this one:
Yesterday i was starting the car and I angaged reverse while the system was booting and it crashed. Since then nothing is working, the screen in flashing black and nothing else happens. As I remove the SD card (containing the maps, I think..) this appears:

Any suggestions?
Thanks!!!!

If it has crashed the only way to properly reboot it is to completely disconnect the power to the unit.

There is usually two 12v lines in, one permanent, and one switched.

I would suggest it's not the firmware, but the software that's corrupted, to get a replacement is easy, you can get it, and the maps from this site for free.
However, how to setup the card is the problem...
Can you access any device menus? What we would be interested to see is a "Setup GPS (or nav) path" type option...

Nope the system is not booting so i cannot use radio, bluetooth, rear view camera etc... It's strange because before it all (except the nav, of course) worked without the sd card.
...and of course i haven't done anithyng with the sd card.

I doubt the firmware files will be available for it, if it's an oem unit then the dealership should take care of it.
You can try google for the files, but don't flash anything that's not for the device or you might make things worse and invalidate any warranty.
