I have a Phonocar vm036 and I've installed new firmware without problem .
Then I've a problem with sd and USB, the Phonocar send me a patch that fail.

Now I can't listen music form USB and sd. I've called Phonocar and they told me that the only way to repaire is sent the device to us, or I have 1 only possibility is to reinstall the original wince firmware that they can't give to me.

So my question is: there is someone that can send to me the original firmware so I can fix this problem please help me I'm very desperate

That on certain websites (Chinese? Russian? ...?) the firmware possibly can be found if you search (google) for the full rom version number.

There should be an about screen somewhere on the device that gives the rom version, looking up that number "sometimes" gives results.

That's why I said sometimes, unfortunately a broken rom often means a trip to the manufacturer.
