cannot save favourite

i have papgo x3.. dont know why after i off device, all my favourite and history gone.plz help me

Your favorite file is in X3 \ SAVE \ PPGPOI17.DAT , if this file is still there then you can save it ...

this is because i installed new map MFM-PPG-110301C. plz advice i need to use standard map or custom map?

Custom map

nagas,before this i used malfreemaps.com 100106.this is standard or custom? if i copied MFM-PPG-110301C to /navi/maps/ my favourite and history cannot appear after i turn off my device

have you extract it to be more than 30 files? I think R21 files?

yes..the files is 31 files.this is custom? so i need to use standard?

No , custom is the correct one, standard one is for windows mobile
Can you see the map? search road and navigate ? Your old files are R21 files (not R51 files)?

I don't know your X3, is it from M3 or Eastgear? If from Eastgear you should choice eastgear when extracting custom map ...

i can see the map and road.also my old files use r21, but my problem now is my favorite and history cannot save after i off the device. i used china gps device run windows ce. now i used old map and clear the save folder, my favorite and history can save. do i need to add new map in map folder and clear the sys.cfg?

1. Some papago can have more than one map or more than one MFM folder inside "maps" folder, let say you can put MFM2010 and MFM2011 folder.
2. Adding map will not need clear sys.cfg, just add and switch the map
