[HELP] Papago auto off when it show welcome lcd and startup

papago auto off when it show welcome lcd and startup voice!pls help! i run PaPaGo_X6_M3Asia in PNA wince 6.0, when i open papago , welcome lcd open and the startup sound open , then it auto off ! test Papago_X5_SE_-_April_2010 , it is same problem , anyone have good idea for this problem?

Already installed the correct map?This problems usually come from ur wrong map installed or no map inside your map folder..

thank sir! problem solved! but i run papago but when i exit , it ask for shutdown or suspend , 2 option go to sleep mode of PNA , how can i go back main menu?

Use can use video button for exit to main menu, try it.

i did read it aleady , but i want to use exit button ok and videos button work too as a oritional version , so i wait for solution!

one more problem , it bug in road search , have all bro tried it ?
