Base on 1 & 2, we can see their date format is DD/MM/YYYY
How could it be your above post Date format change to 02/09/2010 ??
is it Papago map updated on 2nd Septemper 2010 or 9th Feb 2010, it could be much different,
Not to make us confuse.

Download and Confirm, this Map file modified date is 3rd Feb 2010, half year ago.
Not 2nd Sep 2010.
the latest Powermap malaysia map I get from artfull is data 3rd Aug 2010.
