How about some info?
Like model, make, software running on it, what you did before it happened.
We are not clairvoyant here, so if you need help we need your help first ;)

And what made you think the tutorial section is the right place for a request?

I would suspect you're running the wrong resolution software for your device.

@one sunny

You need to answer this if you want our help.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.

I simply guess the user found the solution (maybe in another forum) or has not much time/interest.
Best way IMHO would be to make a backup and install some up to date software and maps according to the instructions provided.
Unless the maps and software is current or has to stay genuine I see no real point in trying to fix it ;)
Let's wait a few more days and we might get a response, if not trash it.

And there's your problem, the doner device was a different resolution to your device.

I know nothing about papago, so i'm guessing either you need to edit a config file somewhere, or acquire a version of papago that matches your device's resolution.
