Yup...need corrected hex for running on SIRF chip, maybe Bro Monters will upload the modified one

Your China pnd also running on SIRF chipset?
I have MTK set and run worked.
Let me try to solve for SIRF Hex.

It worked for MTK and also SIRF chip.......Please feedback more your problem issue!

I tried it using my device winCE 6.0, SIRF chip and put com 1 from above...it works and can catch satellites .....

If you have previous happyfile,try delete inside save folder files then run our happyfile.
