Please take note,

The newest MfM free maps release for Papago X8 is not compatible for our current Papago one and Papago X8 release thread......

This MfM free maps August onwards maps files is only for Papago X8.5 version, Meaning your papago X8 version is failed to update the maps.

M3 are update all device X3/X5/X6/X7 to latest version X8.5 for Papago! X8, m3gps x8 & m3gps papago! One software, so only M3 latest X8.5 version software can fully compatible update free maps from MfM maps.

Can't believe M3Asia show more stunt. Now need to wait for X8.5.

Waiting for the release team to announce the release of X8.5 to us?

I think try to use the MFM 23082011 header file can detected the updated map. Same step as the taiwan papago x8 software gps. U guys try first and feedback bcos i dun have gps to try it. Hopefully can be use : )

I think the OEM version can't load earlier maps that pre-loaded in PPG 1, tried to copy over, but unable to appear in maps switch option. Good luck~

Early OEM version is x8....so can't use latest mfm free maps files!

Only Latest OEM X8.5 version can support latest mfm free maps.

Im running a papago! One, on wince 6.0 atlas V china set. (bought a month ago?)


accidentally deleted my old map for the new one (mfm-ppg-X8 110823)

Obviously didnt realize the new map only works for version 8.5 till too late. :(

I keep getting an error msg,'' PPG X8.exe has encountered a serious error and needs to shut down''
everytime I try to open papago now.

Tried to reinstall old maps back, mfm-ppg-110403C, but still getting error message when i try to turn on gps.
Help please?massive noob here, lol

open Save folder.. then delete all files there... then try run the program again....

It still dosent work tho. Same error message keeps coming up.

What version maps files are you using?
You cannot use download mfm maps to use this X8, mfm maps is only can run on X8.5!
