I confirm it is COM2, 9600. As I said, it can fix the satellite, by using your COM2, 9600 HAPPY file.

my device 5inch Wince 5.0 128RAM 4G Flash com1 b4800 can not run x8 , with ERROR message
when using malaysia maps

:03FBEB80
but its ok when i used indonesia or thai maps
any solution, please help.

I try to re-edit latest com 2 with baud 9600 for you to test it!
Please check on your inbox!

** After replaced this latest com 2, delete inside save folder files before you run test!

after replace ChProCt3.tlb & PAPAGO.DBP ,
in the first screen menu , no destination, routing options, and advance settings ICON,
only have Navi & Map View ICON, when push Navi ICON , ERROR Message pop up.
please help.
