Hi Bro Monters GPS,

GPS unit : Gophers 480x272
Windows CE 6
64 MB RAM
mfm X8.5 Malaysia maps
Indo X8 - Papago.DBP file

It,s working beatifully in my unit, without any lagging or crashes. The reason I'm using Indo X8 DBP file is because I get all the vehicle icons.

With X8.5 maps (mfm & Indo) I only get the Blue Triangle.

Maybe you can try ask the east gear whether can your R5800 free upgrade to latest version or not!

As i know M3 has fully release the X8.5 version for their own and OEM also for OBU!

unfortunately east gear are not going to do anymore upgrades from the X3 the last time i asked, reason is that M3 is taking over the brand now. thus I am stuck with X3 and so want to try updating the software myself.

is it possible, using this software? do i still need to run the gps check? if so how do i run the program after downloading it?
