Papago! X8.5 - OEM ( Powered by NAVITOTAL! ) For 800x480

Hi Monster GPS,
I think there is something wrong with this version(800x480) of papago, the voice navigator not able to speak out 300m & 100m in english language, it always said "at..." & silent at the end. when I switch to other language like cantonis & mandarin seem to be working fine. At 1st I tot is english sound folder got problem, I replace it with "Papago! X8.5 - M3GPS PAPAGO! ONE ( Powered by NAVITOTAL! ) for 480x272" which I download previously on my the other GPS device(which are working fine on the unit) seem to be having same problem again after replace the english sound folder. May I know which file should I replace to fix this problem??
