Most probably your gps spec is too low to support x8.5. Try replacing [Please Register or Login to download file] from indonesia map into your map folder. If it don't work, then your device cannot run x8.5.

The link on page #57 not working. Can you post the link to multiupload or may be rename it to a bit common name so that it won't be deleted so easily.
