Followed all the instruction, but unpacking PMZ9-480x272.rar gives Powermap folder instead of PMZ9 or Navi. Can I just rename them as instructed?

Secondly, the available application file is PMZ9.exe and not the PMZ9_C1.exe as mentioned. Is that the actual file which I need to run with?
