2. If you use PowermapZ9, go to Advance Setting > Language > Map Language , try to select Map language option
3. recommend: don't mixed up using map between M3 and powermap map, you will face problem when filtering POI categories > mismatch
4. Have you tried to use powermapZ9 + powermap Thai Map ?
5. I will send Thai Map Eng M3 but not the latest one, check it.

1. I tested X5SE HD + M3 Thai Map (M3-Thai-Eng-100414) the Street Name/POI display in ENG Language
2. When use PowermapZ9 HD + Thai map (THAILAND-101215), the Street Name/POI/Road display in Thai Language only. Even, go to Advance Setting > Language > Map Language = ENGLISH and No Option for change.
Which means that, there is nothing we can do to change the language for PZ9 Thai Map (THAILAND-101215)!
Conclusion:
i. If we want End Language for thai map then we have to use M3 Thai Map (M3-Thai-Eng-100414)
ii. If we prefer PZ9 Thai map (THAILAND-101215), then have to bear with the thai language.
Pleasae correct me, if I'm wrong TQ!

Yes, I am using PMZ9 Mal + PMZ Thai Map indeed.
After I replace the PMZ9 Mal EXE file with the PMZ9 Thai EXE (provided by u) the problem solved.
Now, the street name/POI search/Road Search name all display in english. But, the map lang is not selectable.
So I will download the PMZ9 Thailand and try again.
Thank you so much for your help & inverstigation.
