rezzahuz wrote:Already tested it and works great. The one PMed to me by Nagas was the 6600 version but I've also tried the 6100 version. IMO, the 6100 version works better bcoz the 3D Landmark Guide works to show you all the 3D buildings available while 6600 will just exit. Furthermore, if you accidentally clicked the Media Player, it doesn't do anything whereas 6600 will quit, again. Another good thing with 6100 is that it has built-in FM transmitter switch in PPG so that you can switch it on or off without going back to your GPS Menu. The only thing missing is the Voice Command, which is only available in the 6600 but no idea whether it works or not since mine doesn't have built-in mic. Maybe those with BT can try since it will definitely have the mic. Photo doesn't work for both since they cannot read any JPG files added. This is for those with cameras/handphones that can include GPS coordinate in the JPG photos taken for visual identification
In navigation usage, both versions are similar. The speed indicator is now with a proper 'km/h" unit instead of just km. The estimation time and distance to destination has been moved to the right side, above the speed indicator, which is visually more organized. In summary, X7 looks much better than previous version.

3D Building menu R6600 : we can cook to make it work for you.
Media Player working : Yes, we also can make it.
Read jpg photo file : yes, also can work.
If you want, ask team then they will help you as you like.
rezzahuz wrote:That would be good, torsten. Hopefully someone could provide the one whereby the 3D building menu, media player and reading jpg file work for the 6600 version. It's not necessary to provide the whole thing again, just files needed to make all those things work. And thanks in advance.

If you want mediaPlayer working on X7 R6600, replace mediaplayer.exe (4kb) that design for exit program with original mediaplayer.exe (arround 1,4mb) then you can play video and music.
Thanks!
