i don't know why your snap can't worked.....I have tested it worked!
where put the navi folder at? in ResidentFlash or sdmmc?
Here got 2 option:

Named the main program folder as ( Navi ), then the Snap.sys edit as below guide:

InitRun=1
InitEnable=1
CARNAVIKey=0x85
ActionKey=0x84
EnableKey=0x7B
DisableKey=0x7F
ExitKey=0x86
SavePath=\ResidentFlash\Navi\Snap
ResetCounter=317
ExePath=\ResidentFlash\Navi
ExeName=\Snap.exe
SnapTime=3000

Then save it and try run it.

Hi Monters GPS, finally DONE by follow your method, the only setting different is the resetcounter, Torsten setting is 286.

Most people are facing offset problem cos never reading the post,please read on the first post for OFFSET guide before you run it!
