I am using Happyfile #13 and basic file from#4 and #6 all from Moscow, extra files for fixed POI to be put in maps#51 from you + DEM file #60 from moscom,put regcode for coordinate correction, now everything to be normal and has tested it on the road,but no highland can be seen as papago made only for SG and MAL, other things such 3d building, search road, POI, and drawing map are ok now, and I can switch-off the device by pressing Exit button Icon (not hardware), except to switch-on.
It's strange if somebodies cannot switch-off the device by using Exit icon....

FYI : everybody here mean not switch off the device using EXIT button... but exit Papago software completely using EXIT button or VIDEO button like previous X6...

I have tested SLA map also but this does not happen. Malaysia map also no problem. I have also simulate Thai Eng map routing around Bangkok and no problem found.

So I don't think it has anything to do with Env_Data files because the files are for Singapore and Malaysia (SGMAL) only and not Thailand but Thai map have no problem.
I suspect that maybe Navigasi map has some compatibility issue with X7.

hi gpsforever .. i try to figure out the navnet map issue..

do u also use X5SE and X6 with malaysian map?

i did use X5SE and X6 with navnet map and there are also some bugs.. not sure whether it comes out due to the Papago program bugs or navnet map..
for example the calculating time during routing is too long if compared with other navigation software (igo / garmin)
and when i try to insert via, the routing time become extra long long time.. almost like hang ..

do you also feel this inconvenient with your X5 and malaysian map?
if not, then i consider it would be navnet map problems..

Happy you are here now, while waiting for the aanswer from gpsforever, I also have similar problem with you. But for X6 I believe because I select to use Avoidance U-turn, and and second is when my car is not in the track/road.

U'r right, the regno are based on the Memory Card id (CID), not on the location. I use the same regno for X7 & Falome on the same card.

How To :
1. Start program from X7 with OpenReg.exe------> Use COM as your GPS COM Port.
2. Key In Reg Code---> Trial and error to find correct position. I got correct result 0799000000.
3. After got correct position...next time run program using X7_C..... (without Open Reg and use suitable COM as your gps).

If want to modify, use HxD :
UNLOCK : 0xE920
COM : 0x7AC14
BAUD : 0x7AC30
open REG Code : 0x82EAB

So far, I used MFM maps without this problem The route calculation and recalculation is acceptable as compared to others. There are limitations though but these are the limitation of the software itself as compared the bigger player such as Gmin. I can still accept that due to the lower price + free software updates and accurate maps available as compared to Gmin which cost between 50% - 70% more. I have used the MFM maps on X3, X3 Gold, X5, X5SE, X6TW, X6TW, X7TW and now M3X7.

For those who expect beautiful view from Env_data, you'll be disappointed and that includes me as well. You can't even see any mountains and valleys around. Don't know whether is it because of generic PND device. Later, I need to borrow the R6100 from my boss to test the routing. Hopefully, can see some mountains and valleys, otherwise it is wasteful to put in 160mb of rubbish data and maction should learn and see how to display mountains and valleys from iGo, where even sunset and sunrise is also displayed when you face east or west on my Primo.

then i guess navnet map is the problem..
i think the maction should work together with navnet team..
as i know, due to this problem, indonesian people start to think that it is papago problem and papago is not worthy to buy compare to garmin..
i think this will decelerate the papago way to break the garmin domination especially in indonesia..
if only we dont have this matter, i think many people will switch their gps to papago...

some other problems of navnet map were the missing of some POIs.. even using the same map source for garmin and papago, however all of the POIs can only be displayed in garmin.
also the separation between toll way , highway, motorway is confusing..i think they mixed these up.. very annoying to hear the woman say "toll way" even in sub urban area without toll way..

hopefully some of maction teams will read this post :D

that's why i still keep with my primo .. the best software ever..

however, still waiting for somebody to upload the dem file :D

In original devices, when select shutdown, it really shuts off. When select Suspend, it will just sleep and screen off. When restart from Suspend, it will go to main X7 screen immediately. When restart from Shutdown, it will load and enter X7 screen, difference is power consumption. There's no menu screen like most generic PND.

I am using generic PND, only this X7M3 the exit button will switch off the device, other papago will only brimg me to Main menu

i think each device might have different shutdown and suspend (sleep) command..
so i believe that the shutdown and suspend menu in this M3X7 is customized to work for papago R6100 device..
some device might understand and able to execute this command successfully, while some others are not..

this papago device is locked and therefore only can use 1 software which is papago x7, so it will never enter win ce menu unless we succeded to unlock it..
maybe that's why they provide video, music, and view photo menu inside x7 menu because we will not able to exit to win ce..

i have an idea to replace the exe file of video player by a mortscript which will force the x7 program to close..
or anyone already try this method can share the result? :D
