You maynot run the autodetectgps from pc to check the com port. So, how is the result if you run X7_com1_4800 from http://www.navitotal.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=1083&d=1282482479 ?

X7_C74800.exe
X7_C74800_OpenREG.exe
Where files is X7 com1.exe?
I try both of the file, and success open X7 Reality. On glance, seeing perfect. But in Navigation mode, there is key symbol (maybe means unlock).
2nd. the device cannot shut down or suspend.
When press X7_C74800_OpenREG.exe is show :
PID : PGMB02
CID : 03244425
Reg.Code : (empty)
Pressing ok the locking in Navigation mode.
