How To :
1. Start program from X7 with OpenReg.exe------> Use COM as your GPS COM Port.
2. Key In Reg Code---> Trial and error to find correct position. I got correct result 0799000000.
3. After got correct position...next time run program using X7_C..... (without Open Reg and use suitable COM as your gps).

I've pass the 1st step and got a bit experience in next.

Please delete all files in "save" folder, run again and go in map view >tools>current position , your car if shifted should not far away from your position?

After delete all the file in save folder now, after the satellite been locked, it more further.

How far the distance between actual and the shown place?
Have you put the code when running it with reg.exe? Ex. Code is 0798000000

The distant is about 20km far. Nothing code is entered and don't know where to enter it and how could get it.

You must trial and error to find correct number.
Enter number on Reg. No. menu
There is 10 number must be key in.

It's for your refferece only, you must find correct REG No. as your Card ID (CID) you use.

When you get correct REG no. ( your car position on GPS NOT shifting from actual position ) you EXIT and run program using EXE [color="red"]without[/color] OpenREG.exe to run program withour kei in Reg No. again.

Please read this, I have taken from gpsforever post,

""Regarding the reg code, if wrong code, the map will shift and will not show you in right location. First put in 0000000000 and check the location. The gps coordinate in system status shows the actual figure. Compare with the coordinate from travel computer. If the code correct, both coordinates are the same, means no shift.

If there are shift, observe whether N coordinate or E coordinate different. Normally, the E coordinates are the same, only the N shifted. Then you have to key in the combination to check. The first 5 digits shifts the N coordinates and the other 5 digits shift the E coordinates. You have to key in 1 combination, compare coordinates, if not ok, exit and restart again with a different. You have to write it down each time the different numbers and the effect on the coordinates.

Tips, the reg number is related to the memory card id. Initially my number is 0998000000. But when I copy into another memory card, it shifted and try again and got 0996000000 to work perfectly.

A lot of hard work, but believe me, once you got it, it will sure make your day."

FYI, my sweet number is 0798000000. I think torsten no is 0799000000. I am in Malaysia, Torsten is not. So I think location have no impact."



Have you understand above?

1) Do you know how to enter system status to check position? And do you know how to enter travel computer to check position? To enter travel computer, select Mode -> travel computer and you will see Coordinates N and S.

2) Compare the 2 coordinates. write down as follows: Eg.

Reg No...................System Status Coordinates.................. Travel Computer Coordinates
0999800000............... N3 35' 40.7" E101 30'50.7"................. N3 50' 33.2" E101 30' 50.7"
0999100000....................... ?? ............. ?? ............................. ??................. ??

If the coordinates between system status same with travel computer, then there is no shift. FYI, after seeing many members number and trying many times, most of the number are between 0999000000 to 0999900000, and also 0799000000 to 0799900000. There is 1 time I use 1999900000 to get correct.
If you get the shift within 20 to 30 seconds (20" to 30" difference), the number is nearby.

I tested many because number change when transfer from different SDMMC and ResidentFlash for Falome, M3X6 and M3X7.

Maybe you try from the above number first.

09650 is the finaly. About 5 - 10metres accuracy (maybe I at home near the window)
But the navigation mode still locked.

Navigation mode still locked? That icon not working you just tap that icon and lock will open. But lock or unlock no different.
To make sure you got correct Reg No. check on Setting\System status and compare on Navigation MODE\Travel Computer.

There is coordinate Longitude and latitude must be same!

I've checked both and shows the same number with ID 0965000000 on com 7 4800
I press the key icon (lock and unlock) still shows the same answer. Then, the current position cannot be press

I try 2d mode, and its function normally. Just 3d mode is locked.

Oh yes,

Forget to mentioned about DEM files. You need to download the DEM files and put into ENVI_Data folder. Eg. ResidentFlash/X7/ENVI_Data/SGMALX.*

But just a simple problem that it cannot be exit or suspend.

Try attached X7_C7 for exit via exit button > suspend
