Please refer to the below quote I posted in M3X6 R6100:
Hi, please refer to the below which I have posted in other thread:
"Regarding the reg code, if wrong code, the map will shift and will not show you in right location. First put in 0000000000 and check the location. The gps coordinate in system status shows the actual figure. Compare with the coordinate from trip computer. If the code correct, both coordinates are the same, means no shift.
If there are shift, observe whether N coordinate or E coordinate different. Normally, the E coordinates are the same, only the N shifted. Then you have to key in the combination to check. The first 5 digits shifts the N coordinates and the other 5 digits shift the E coordinates. You have to key in 1 combination, compare coordinates, if not ok, exit and restart again with a different. You have to write it down each time the different numbers and the effect on the coordinates.
Tips, the reg number is related to the memory card id. Initially my number is 0998000000. But when I copy into another memory card, it shifted and try again and got 0996000000 to work perfectly.
A lot of hard work, but believe me, once you got it, it will sure make your day."
FYI, my sweet number is 0798000000. I think torsten no is 0799000000. I am in Malaysia, Torsten is not. So I think location have no impact.
Tips:
Make sure you stay stationary at 1 location, and write down. Don't be lazy because you need to analyze the result to find out which number to change and to tembak more accurately.
Try not to do this at night for 2 reasons:
1) Dengue fever is on the rise and you are the sitting duck for mosquitoes.
2) At night is quiet. Your neighbours will be wondering what the heck are you doing after hearing "...Papago music...Searching for satellite...satellite search complete... " repeat and repeat for 15 minutes or more. (I did at night, mute sound .and close car door, sweating all over)
Happy shooting.

gpsforever wrote:Hi, minhtri,
X7r6100 uses a different player for music and video. Both of these player is inside player folder. Inside this folder, there are mp3.exe and mp4.exe. The problem is that we cannot get it to run because the path is /hdd/mp3.exe Most of our pnd is Residentflash or SDMMC. Even the snapshot feature also the same. Once switch on in system settings menu, there's a small round shutter on the screen next to the padlock in the navigation screen. If press, it will run a file snap.exe and capture a screen shot bmp and saved inside snap folder.
Hopefully someone managed to solve this.

Nagas wrote:Hi Torsten,
Just make a simulation (will try on the road later), after set the fixed view position of car and by changing the setting Auto Zoom off , now the drawing seem to be normal...I can see 3D building around the town..
Thank you for your help and will test on the road now.
gpsforever wrote:Hi, Nagas,
I have tested route simulation and understand now. I think this problem happened is the displayed zoom out too much. I am not sure about other versions, but X7 will zoom out when travelling expressways or when routes are straight without bends to minimise the scrolling of the map. When this condition happen, the triangle (your position) will go to the bottom most and straight vertical lines on the middle, right? Once you press zoom in (+ button) twice, it returns to normal. So, I think what you say is right, disable the auto zoom and manually set the zoom to right level.
I have tested SLA map also but this does not happen. Malaysia map also no problem. I have also simulate Thai Eng map routing around Bangkok and no problem found.
So I don't think it has anything to do with Env_Data files because the files are for Singapore and Malaysia (SGMAL) only and not Thailand but Thai map have no problem.
I suspect that maybe Navigasi map has some compatibility issue with X7.
