after reboot, my PND turn to UI page, no more direct to WinCE boot,
and I check the system>about

Hi Bro,

Please Follow below the step to flash the Chinese OS for your PND MODEL.......
I have made 1 logo for your pnd, if you like it just replace the logo into the contents folder.....

[color="red"]Update ROM/OS image steps:[/color]
0: Get the ROM/OS image Packages.
1. unzip package
unzip package and you will get the files:
osupdate.lst NK.bin tinynk.bin chain.bin (and drivers.bin based on A3)
UI package folder : shell_upgrade
Update flag files: logo.bmp lowforma.enb

2. copy
copy all , copythem to root of SD/TF card,

3. insert card and Update
insert SD/TF and power on/RESET device, the ROM updating will auto start

4. REMARKS
if update failure, put the update related file: lowformat.enb to SD/TF, which flag file will erase all flash data, including :OS,UI application, so you should copy all files and folder to card root.

. 4GB SD card will not allowed for SD update. please use 2GB and below SD card.
.1GB ~ 8GB TF card can work for update.

Hi, I slept early, missed out all the fun.

I think gpsforever also using Evergrow C5008 also. If you check back previous posts, he has the same problem with the X7 Taiwan.

The ROM version 4.08.51.43.C may not have the files for Bluetooth support.

My evergrow WinCE 6.0 also can run V600 X7.1

R6600 X7.1 still got bugs, the bugs is if you click on the GPS STATUS it will shutting down the program....the res work well.....
For your information, before you flashing new ROM,you need to backup your residentflash data.....otherwise all will remove when you flash new ROM!!!
