After open UltraEdit with your exe file, pressing CTRL+G then follow below step and you will find it......

PapaGO X5SE (13 Mar 2010)

Unlock,Change COM & BOUD (Using ultra edit)

Unlock : 0xD014h 00 --> 01
Change COM port : 0x65E28h ---> 01 20 A0 E3 (for COM1) and 02 20 A0 E3 (for COM2)
Change Baud rate : 0x65E44h--> 4B 2D A0 E3 for 4800. The rest see below :

4B 2D A0 E3 --> 4800
96 2D A0 E3 --> 9600
E1 2D A0 E3 --> 14400
4B 2C A0 E3 --> 19200
96 2C A0 E3 --> 38400
E1 2C A0 E3 --> 57600

It is either you choose wrong map in other island, so current position your car is far away from your destination or your device cannot lock the sattelite yet, pls verify.

That problem will appear if there is no road to the destination, for example if your last position was in other island then the system cannot navigate to your destination or sometime you are in parking but it is not in the map, system will take long calculation.
Other way you can try via "routing", add your "Start Position > other place/road" then choose "destination" > try again..

No I have no problem with different baud rate, sometime I use 4800 and sometime bigger (com 1).
Do you use X5SE? it is the simple one and has no problem, but you mention (in other thread) that you also got the same problem in other app/soft?
