how long does it take for it to search for satalite, cause it is still not working,

here is the .exe i am using

[Please Register or Login to download file]

ok something is weird, i try checking my com and baud again with the autodetectgps program.

this time.. the speed changes everytime I click detect again.

these are the numbers that was found

14400
4800
9600
19200
2400
1200

But the Port is still 1

Why is it detecting so many different baud rate. So which is the real baud rate from my GPS?

Autodetect will try to search the port starting from com 1 and min speed, then rising up..it will search up to other com till it find the port, so make sure that it is already stop (detect & exit butoon will show-up after it finished the searching) otherwise it still search to com 2 (min peed to 57600), com ...etc

hmm the detect button and exit is always showing, it does not disappear. when i click detect, i can see the hourglass loading, while loading the numbers keep going up, and end with a final number, and often changes the final number like all the ones i posted above. so why leh.. which is the one i should use?

Ok Detect and Exit are always there, but after you press it, it will become grey (you will see the different before and after pressing that button), it will no change after it find the real port, and searching will stop, button will be ready for next Detect and Exit, port and speed will be shown (no rising up), re-check.
Did you run it outside the building and wait for few minutes till it get the sattelite signal? maybe you can see "GPS Info" from the Main Menu of your GPS, is that fixed already (get signal and locked)? run papago again and when starting papago, voice will be heard "searching sattelite is complete"? or icon on right top corner will be (i) and not parabolic icon?
