Ok it works.

But it looks like there's an error while trying to change The Interface Language to any other language (except English).
Is there something missing there ?

That program only english if t want complete language need other language on organic and system folder.

Just now copy the folder to GPS but still when changing the Interface language to others (besides English), it said "Cannot load the Resource.dll" and back to menu.

But just now i compare the files with previous X5SE, it looks like i need to copy the "BaseLangRes???.dll" , After that everything is fine.
