ok, managed to run without any fatal error using e software provided by Monster GPS (pointing to HD5001_c1.exe) but cannot find satellite.
will try to point to papago.exe as mentioned by MonsterGPS. :)

Maybe your device is not running on com 1, you can check it by put this small software to root of your SD Card and run it
