PaPaGO! on RAC 400 (Win CE 6.0)

The Rac 400 comes with maps already on the device and not the SD card. I've downloaded the papado software and put it onto a SD card but it just boots from the device itself. How do I get it to load from the SD card? Sorry for my complete Noobness! ;)
