Help I urgently need touchscreen firmware for Peugeot 2018. Year of manufacture 2018 Allure with NAC. Car has brake assist and automatic parking assistance

First, you need to identify your NAV version. It seems that's Wave 2.
You can use Peugeot Update software (v1.5.2.0)

Thank you very much for your answer Myteuzen. Am from Turkey. Little English, almost perfect German.so it is like that. Suddenly nav map disappeared. There was no card software in the system. Got through My Peugeot app map update 6.0 or something. I tried downloading, it didn't work, it kept crashing. Then I tried firmware version_21.08.87.32 from this site where I found [Please Register or Login to download file] . fell all 3 attempts. Now I have a blue screen that says Software loading on demand... Warning system has limited functionality. Am helpless

Firmware NAC 21.08.87.32-r1 is the latest for Wave 2. For an update, you need a connection to PSA server (by the equipment -BTA- or a smartphone) or license key file.
The latest map update is v26.
Try to reboot the NAC, long press on the Phone key.

Thank you. As I said, the system stopped. Blue screen and . Now I have a blue screen that says Software loading on demand... Warning system has limited functionality. And that's how it froze. So the phone does not connect either, only this blue screen and text appears and there is no movement. You probably need to install it from scratch. But which program?

As I said, in first try to reboot the NAC, long press (7-8 seconds) on the "Phone" key.
Then try to install the latest firmware.

Hello Mytheuzen, I downloaded and installed Firmware 21.08.87.32_NAC-r1 from scratch, then I downloaded and installed the Navi program V26' from scratch, everything is fine, thank you. I was having a crash problem, probably due to a download error. :023:
