For my Citroën Grand C4 Picasso (2018), I have updated the maps through Citroën Belgium in the past. Last time they offered the software Citroën Update, which downloads all updates (maps and firmware), creates a licence-file and puts all files on the USB-stick.
I now have PSA_map-eur_15.0.0-r0-NAC_EUR_WAVE2 installed (together with PSA_ovip-int-firmware-version_21-08-25-12_NAC-r0_NAC_EUR_WAVE2).
At this forum I have seen PSA_map-eur_16.0.0-r0-NAC_EUR_WAVE2 and PSA_map-eur_17.0.0-r0-NAC_EUR_WAVE2. So 2 newer versions of the maps!
The 15.0.0-r0-version has a date of 12-07-2019 (as shown in the car).
I'd like to install 16.0.0 (or 17.0.0 if possible), but the Citroën Update software does not have any updates available.
Is this normal?
Is there a possibility to create the licence-file for 16.0.0 or 17.0.0 by myself?
The car should get all free updates when serviced at the dealer, but my company does not send the car to a dealer for servicing... So I have to update it myself, even though I am entitled to the updates.
Any help is appreciated!
