Is there à way to edit this file to exclude ZAR witch are not speedcams to clear all false alerts on road ?

I finally find the application to edit speedcams file and delete false alerts.
Only real speedcams are showed.

But I don't remember where I found it.

You extract all datas from file to csv, modify it and make the speedcams rneg file.
