Just delete the old contents of the card (back it up just to be safe!!). Extract and paste the downloaded data from the link (database folder).
Coverage:
Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic and the Vatican.
Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary and Belarus.
Main road network only:

These are not maps for RT4 but for Rneg.

Everything is good, but there are no some letters for the Nordic countries, and somehow the map has "green spots" in some places

Tested in Romania and Humgray.
As i expected the coverage is good (new roads, highways, roundabouts etc) , but the navigation can not accept the house numbers.
