Just delete the old contents of the card (back it up just to be safe!!). Extract and paste the downloaded data from the link (database folder).

Thanks!! I'm going to install it right now! Are speedcams etc included or do i need to install them separate?

There is a speed camera from 2021, I saved the new cameras myself peugeot-citroen/speedcams-scdb-for-citroen-myway-rneg-navidrive-ng4-t18805.html?start=75 . Just replace them
