Hi guys/girls,

Sorry for dragging up a relatively old thread, but does anyone happen to have a current download link for the RT3 software? I am not sure if the unit is a CAN or VAN as the hard drive has died and we need to get a new one.

RT3 does not have a hard drive.
For latest maps on CANbus device you need firmware 6.63.
If your device is VANbus then you use 5.52 firmware.

Burn ISO file you need on CD-ROM, at lowest possible speed.
You cannot flash VAN device to CAN and vice versa.
