Uploading Speedcams onto Citroen NG4

Here is a newbee question

Can anyone tell me roughly how long it should take to upload the files for the speed cameras onto the NG4?

I am copying the 2 files/folders (config.nfm and pkgdb) onto the root of either an SD card (formatted in FAT32) or a USB drive (formatted in FAT32) and then following the upload instructions.

Once I choose the source (either SD or USB) that option greys out and it just remains there.

I have left it over 15 min and nothing changes.

If I eventually give up, and turn off the system, and restart it, nothing has changed, still no Speed camera database.

If I then put the SD card/USB drive in again and select update personal POI, I get a pop up on the screen where it asks me for Disc 1/0, and the SD card / USB option is still greyed out?

Any ideas, its a Citroen C5 2011 with Navidrive 3D+

Hi Floatlite,

Updating your speedcams should only take about 2 minutes with USB. You do seem to do the right things.
I suppose you found a way already as I see you posting elsewhere in this forum.
