Avic-F900BT firmware backup?

Hi everyone I currenly have a F900BT and it is completely useless at the moment due to the reboot problem since I updated to the 2.009000 firmware I was wondering does anyone have any backups of the flash drive,

Or failing that does anyone know if I can update to the 3.021000 update if I don't have the Cnsd-100fm.

I am all out of ideas, any help would be greatly appreciated!
