Absolutely, it's more about creating a build with correct POI's, speedcams etc. I recently downloaded some alert points and the whole thing was all over the place.
Hopefully in time, I'll build some kind of tool which simplifies the install process, update etc.

Actually, I really don't think it needs an installation .exe since all one needs to do is to originally copy/paste the whole program to their computer and just add the necessary content to it and then using Winrar [4.00] extract the entire thing to their GPS device.
