Error message pops up - then restarts

Hello,
I bought a car monitor for my car 1 month ago with IGO Primo installed. Now I have started to get the error message on the picture below and then the entire monitor restarts. Any ideas what it is and why I get?

That is a device related thing. When you bought it new, you have warranty.
Maybe send the picture to the seller and ask him?

You may have chosen a selection that is not suitable for the system. Try the reset option with the device menu or if available. If it is not possible to access the screen, insert the memory card into a computer and delete the file named SAVE in the map file. Insert the card into your vehicle and make the installation settings from the beginning, but do not change the THEME selection as it is not suitable for the screen size or the system A theme that is not compatible with the version may cause a FATAL ERROR error.
