What and where is the latest stable pre-cracked WIN CE ? Is it 9.6.13.405512 (with TTS support) or there is better ?

405512 is not the latest, but imho the best.

I have said this many times. It's not the program version that is most important but the contents contained therein.

I'VE SORTED THE PROBLEM, just incase anyone else gets the same problem I had the folder" igo_navigation_9.18.27.682862___14.dec.2016 " and then the " IGO folder " inside here I just removed the " igo_navigation_9.18.27.682862___14.dec.2016 " folder and it works a treat. thank you

I don,t know what you want to install. Place the file
global_cfg.zip
In the Folder global_cfg

That is all. If you still got the error rename the file
sys.txt in org_sys.txt
And start again hopefully it works.

this is not working for me WIN CE.

Of course it won't work on WinCE, this is a build for Android devices.

There is 2 .apk in the pack:
make.sys.apk and no.make.sys.apk
what is the difference please?
